Cheese & Beer Pairing!
Saturday, April 14th @8pm

Join Brooklyn Fork and Spoon for the first in our series of classes with Cheesemonger, Elena Santogade!

Wannabe Monger

Elena Santogade will be curating a beer and cheese pairing flight for this month’s dinner. The pairing will feature three cheeses and three beers, and she will be on hand to lead us through the tasting as we go. Elena is currently the Lead Cheesemonger and Buyer for Beecher’s Handmade Cheese in Manhattan. She began her cheese-focused career as a passionate consumer, and has since started her own cheese-focused business and makes and ages various kinds of cheese in her Brooklyn apartment.

We can’t believe it, but it’s been one year since our first group of guests joined us
around our cozy dinner table. We’re incredibly grateful for how quickly our little
supper club has grown.

So we thought we would throw you a party as a small way to say thank you and as
an opportunity for all of our past and future guests to meet! Join us for an evening
